At Liquitex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to provide your order number and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
